About the role

We’re looking for a content strategist who can produce a steady stream of ads, including viral ones, for our marketplaces and the brands inside them. You’ll write, direct, and ship creative that runs on Meta, TikTok, and beyond, and own the feedback loop on what’s working.

What you’ll do

  • Concept, write, and direct ads across paid channels (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Push for viral, scroll-stopping creative, and own the volume to find it.
  • Run a tight feedback loop with growth and analytics on what’s working.
  • Build a creative pipeline the company can scale.
  • Bring strong taste and a strong opinion.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years producing performance creative for a consumer brand or DTC company.
  • Track record of ads that worked, at scale, with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong taste in creative, copy, and visual storytelling.
  • Comfortable shipping a high volume of work and iterating fast.

Nice to have

  • Experience producing for TikTok, Reels, or short-form social.
  • Background in commerce, marketplaces, or DTC.

How we hire

A short, focused process designed to respect your time. The specifics vary by role, but here’s the format we typically aim for:

  1. Intro call with a relevant team member or a founder (30 min).
  2. Working session: review existing ad creative and brainstorm new concepts with a senior team member or a founder (~60 min).
  3. Depending on the role, a paid half-day trial so we can see how you work with the team, and so you can see what the problems actually look like.
  4. Offer within 5 business days of the final round.
