About the role

We’re looking for a senior growth marketer to help lead creative production and channel strategy across our marketplaces and shopping apps. Our last launch became the US’s #5 shopping app by downloads, and we’re one of the most-aired US TV advertisers.

You’ll help lead that kind of growth again for new and existing marketplaces, owning channels from concept to measurement, scaling in-house teams, managing agencies, and shipping creative that actually moves numbers. If you have the taste to create incredible ads, and the data skills to manage performance, this is the perfect role. We’re looking for someone based in, or open to relocating to, NYC and able to work with us from our SoHo office.

What you’ll do

  • Own channels end-to-end like paid social, digital, TV, native, email, promotions, direct mail, and so much more.
  • Lead creative production across formats, from concept to final asset.
  • Run media buying: budget allocation, bidding strategy, and reallocation as signals come in.
  • Build and manage measurement, attribution, and reporting.
  • Launch new channels from zero and scale what works.
  • Scale in-house creative capacity and manage external agency partners.
  • Ship experiments continuously and iterate based on real performance data.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of growth marketing with a track record of scaling ads in eCommerce, consumer apps, or marketplaces.
  • Led or worked on very high-growth teams with 8-figure media budgets.
  • Deep hands-on experience across creatives, media buying, channels, data, and funnels.
  • Strong creative instincts: you can concept an ad, direct production, and know what will perform.
  • Comfortable in SQL and building forecasting models.
  • Hands-on with paid platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and lifecycle tooling.
  • Default urgency and extremely high agency.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing both in-house creative teams and external agencies.
  • Familiarity with mixed media measurement environments with complex attribution.
  • Background in marketplace or multi-product environments where creative needs vary.

How we hire

A short, focused process designed to respect your time. The specifics vary by role, but here’s the format we typically aim for:

  1. Intro call with a relevant team member or a founder (30 min).
  2. Working session: talk through a real channel, campaign, or measurement problem with a senior team member or a founder (~60 min).
  3. Depending on the role, a paid half-day trial so we can see how you work with the team, and so you can see what the problems actually look like.
  4. Offer within 5 business days of the final round.
