About the role
We’re looking for a growth marketer to run the full marketing surface: channels, ad production, media buying, and the measurement that ties it all together. You’ll be the operator who owns the budget, the creative pipeline, and the result.

Why this role matters
Marketing is one of the highest-leverage functions at this stage. Every dollar managed well compounds, and every channel is an experiment waiting to be shipped. The right person here builds a flywheel the rest of the company runs on.
What you’ll do
- Manage marketing channels end-to-end: Meta, Google, TikTok, partners, lifecycle.
- Run ad production in partnership with content and creative.
- Own media buying: budget, bidding, and reallocation as signals come in.
- Build measurement and reporting the team can trust.
- Ship experiments faster than anyone expects.
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of growth marketing, ideally in consumer, marketplaces, or DTC.
- Hands-on with paid platforms, lifecycle tooling, and analytics.
- Strong analytical chops, comfortable in SQL, comfortable defending a model.
- Bias toward shipping experiments over polishing decks.
Nice to have
- Background scaling consumer marketplaces.
- Experience leading creative pipelines.
How we hire
A short, focused process designed to respect your time. The specifics vary by role, but here’s the format we typically aim for:
- Intro call with a relevant team member or a founder (30 min).
- Working session: talk through a real channel, campaign, or measurement problem with a senior team member or a founder (~60 min).
- Depending on the role, a paid half-day trial so we can see how you work with the team, and so you can see what the problems actually look like.
- Offer within 5 business days of the final round.
