We’re looking for a hard-working, detail-obsessed generalist who can take ownership of misc. operations work across the company. Listings, procurement, inventory, logistics: the work that makes a marketplace actually run.

Why this role matters

Marketplaces don’t run on code alone. The operations work behind every listing, every shipment, every inventory line is what turns a piece of software into something shoppers can trust. The right person here is high-leverage, taking work off a team that’s moving fast.

What you’ll do

• Create and maintain listings across our marketplaces.
• Own procurement workflows: sourcing, ordering, vendor coordination.
• Track inventory and logistics; flag and unblock problems before they become problems.
• Take on miscellaneous operations work as the company needs it.
• Bring rigor and process to the work, and leave the next person doing the job better off.

What we’re looking for

• Extremely detail-oriented and self-organizing.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, ops tooling, and learning new systems quickly.
• Strong written communication.
• High agency. You don’t wait to be told what to do.

Nice to have

• Experience as a VA, operations associate, or similar generalist role.
• Experience in commerce, marketplaces, or supply chain.

How we hire

A short, focused process designed to respect your time. The specifics vary by role, but here’s the format we typically aim for:

1. Intro call with a relevant team member or a founder (30 min).
2. Working session: talk through real ops scenarios from the role (listings, procurement, inventory) with a senior team member or a founder (~60 min).
3. Depending on the role, a paid half-day trial so we can see how you work with the team, and so you can see what the problems actually look like.
4. Offer within 5 business days of the final round.
